I have to say if you want great customer service by woman that love what they do and take pride in making the customer experience great, please visit this store and ask for Alpana or Jenn. These two woman’s ladies made me enjoy back school shopping for my little one.
The customer service here is repeatedly awful. In a past visit, I felt so shamed for making returns that I didn't even return one of my items. And today, I had a saleswoman shove herself between my baby in a stroller and a clothing rack without a word. Absolutely no boundaries or respect for space.
Can’t believe how rude the lady working here yesterday was. Asked her about a product and couldn’t even be bothered to greet me kindly in return. Then I gave the sku number to look up and she snapped “our numbers don’t begin with that” and SNATCHED MY PHONE FROM MY HAND TO LOOK. keep your hands to yourself and definitely off my property. Disgusting. And then wouldn’t you know it, that was the correct number I was reading after all ? Why are you working in a children’s store if you’re this irritated and unboundaried?
Small store at the front of the Pickering Town Center. Prices are bit high compared to Children's place. Overall great place for newborns and children.
Very good OshKosh store in Pickering. Lot of Oshkosh stores have recently closed nearby so there are very few options left in Durham region. The store is quite big and located at Pickering Town Center. They have very good collection for both boys and girls and good sale is going on almost all items. The staff is very well behaved and takes care of their customers the full time you are present in the store. Definitely a good place to shop for kids or gift items with good prices. Recommended.
Great store in a great location. I like that the staff doesn't keep coming around asking you if you need help. I always like to just go around and find stuff myself without being bothered. The inventory is pretty good and the price is competitive as well.
The clothing is so cute. They have everything that you could need for your little one. Staff were also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
