I had a great experience thanks to Navin at the checkout. He was polite, attentive, and made the process quick and pleasant. The store itself was spotless and well maintained. I’m very satisfied with my visit and will gladly come back again.
Ordered The Spicy BIG Mary, what I got was a SMALL bland Mary. The ad says a whole chicken breast what I got was a small piece of chicken on a bun no bigger than a McDonalds cheese burger with 3 pickle slices and a a few drops of some mayo based sauce. Look at the picture of what I got and compare what they advertise. This is by far the saddest chicken sandwich anywhere. Not going there anymore. Update: So the owner asked me to email them so they can in their words ". We'd like to learn more about your experience and properly address it! " I sent an email and no response from the owner. So basically they post a generic "I care about your experience" without really caring. I guess optics is their goal. Update 2 Sent an my second email as directed by the owner and still no response. They do not care. Stay away from this place Bad food and bad service
I visited Mary Brown’s today (July 15th) around 6:30 PM. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and fresh. The person working as the cook did an amazing job. He is clearly hardworking, smart, and always maintains high standards. I visit this location frequently, and every time he’s working, the food and service are consistently excellent. I’m always satisfied with his work and truly appreciate the effort he puts in. He definitely deserves recognition!
The chicken dish at Mary Browns is outstanding! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Excellent presentation and flavor. Highly recommend.
I love this location and the food. However, the male server in the back was using the same gloves he uses to prepare food in the back, to key in orders at the cash register. He used the same gloves to accept orders at the food delivery computer and that’s just not sanitary. He should be changing his gloves and washing his hands if he will be dealing directly with peoples food in the back. In this day and age please pay attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
I went with my family once i discovered that they serve Halal food. Really enjoyed quality of food and fast service. Really like the service by Umair who was on the front counter, very courteous and helpful person , as it was our first time so he guided us. Also the person in the kitchen i did not remember his name but he has big biceps :) lol prepares tasty food within no time.
2nd time having my child’s birthday at Mary brown on Brock. The service provided was outstanding. The manager(Sunny) has alway been kind. He was away but made sure everything was in order for the timing reserved. The owner’s made it their duty to show up in store to cater for us. We appreciate this. They also have all the kids free cookies. We were well taken care of and the kids enjoyed the meal. The food was freshly made and didn’t have to wait. Amazing work team!
