Long wait lines! I came in just to pickup my credit card which should be a simple customer service task - but ofcourse there is no one available to assist at the customer service counter. Branch seemed understaffed for a busy workday on a Wednesday. Had to wait in line for like almost 30 mins just to pickup my credit card. Very disappointing!
I had a great experience working with Zoha Tanveer from TD Bank. She has a deep understanding of her field and explains everything clearly and patiently. It was very easy and comfortable to communicate with her — she is a true professional. Her dedication, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help really stand out. This place is horrible, the man who helped set up my account fully lied to me about how it works and what is be able to do. The manager had no friendly manners at all, didn’t even greet herself, just rudely interrupted me to say they never change policy. The only people who actually care to be friendly are the first people at the desk. Everyone past that is a money hungry, commotion obsessed piece of work and you all seriously need some help.
Horrible experience. Went in to withdraw funds from my account to which I had let the teller know it was for a deposit on a home which was needed the same day. The teller went and spoke to someone else who said I needed to speak to an advisor to withdraw my own funds and that they didnt have any advisors available. Just shrugged and walked away. No offer to call another branch who could accommodate, nothing. Immediately transferred my accounts to another branch. Worst customer service
My mother worked at this location for a very long time. After she died. This location acted like she never existed. Claudia especially gave us the run around bouncing us back and forth between 800 numbers and then to return to the branch to settle mother's estate. We didn't want to continue doing biz with TD.. they lost all interest in our claims and questions... Claudia actually walked away & hid when we arrived yesterday. Disgusting behavior by a truly soulless branch. My mother would be disgusted by your actions. Almost two years now... Not even a robot to send an "automatic" message...
I've never had bad experiences with TD before but the staff at this branch was truly rude, arrogant, and ignorant. Find any other bank or even any other branch, but stay away from this one.
If you're going to accept an appointment for 3, don't book it as 4pm and tell me that's when I'm booked for. If you're going to confirm an appointment for a specific service, its basic customer service to let the customer know what they will need to bring with them beyond the usual ID. If you're going to book an appointment, don't call the customer into your office and say I'll be with you in a minute after you were brought in while you continue to do your paperwork. Unprofessional, unprepared, unhelpful. The junior teller was much more helpful than the supposed 'senior' Claudia. Will be taking my corporate account elsewhere.
