Nick was great. Met with him and made an appointment to have the power wiring for a HAM radio installed in my car the following week. He was very accommodating with the date and time and did the work quickly at a very reasonable price. The wiring install was clean and worked great. Excellent experience!
Nick is the kindest and most knowledgeable technician I have ever met. He answers all your questions with patience and explains what he will be doing. I went to T.L.M. Audio & Security in order to get my headlights restored along with having a remote start for the winter and reverse camera installed. From how my headlights looked before, I could barely see any visibility when driving and was a big concern for me. They completely revitalized my headlights making them look brand new along with wrapping them for further protection from the elements and road debris. They were able to source out an aftermarket cable adapter for my reverse camera, while still using my stock navigation display system to view behind me. Was easy to understand the controls of the remote start and they made sure I was comfortable with understanding everything before I left. They really went above and beyond what I expected.
