I was reminded of this beautiful art studio at a public school fair in the spring. So, I reached out to host my daughters 5th birthday party. Julie is incredibly creative, kind and generous as we chatted about projects for the party. We chose a shaving cream dye project and printmaking. It was incredible- the kids had fun, they learned and got their creative juices flowing. As a teacher, Julie uses fun but focused appreoach which keeps kids engaged. Can’t wait to register for some classes. 5/5 reco a birthday party at the studio!
Fantastic and fun! There's no other place like Julie's Art Space! Whether you're looking for kids programs or an adult workshop you'll have a freakin blast here! Julie is an exquisite teacher and wonderful human, you'll feel so welcomed and at home at her studio. Highly recommend!
I would absolutely recommend Julie's Art Class to anyone. The class is amazing, well coordinated, and so worth every penny. We were two students in her Adult "Art Discovery" Classes. Julie brings an energy and teaching style that is friendly and welcoming. With every new topic, Julie was amazing at garnering our excitement. She's extremely knowledgeable and just plain fun. It helps make learning completely new skills easy and safe. Multiple classes, previous students would drop in and join sessions. Its clear the high standard we received is felt across her classes. Julie makes art really accessible. I had no experience with any of the art styles we learned and left feeling so accomplished (and recharged). If you're looking for a very fun evening, date night, or trying to deepen your skills, I would highly recommend Julie's classes. We will be back!!
Julie did a virtual birthday party for my daughter during COVID. It was amazing. The kids were fully engaged, learned basic drawing skills, and she sang them songs and made it very fun, even with a diverse age group. She was easy to communicate with and very punctual. Totally worth it! Thanks Julie!
